The work schedule is from 7 PM to 7 AM. Set schedules are available for staff. Experience in Med-Surg and Telemetry is required. Step-down experience is preferred but not necessary. The equipment used includes EMR Meditech, Alaris pumps, and Omnicell for medications. The nurse-to-patient ratio for Med-Surg/Observation is 1:6, and for Step Down, it is 1:4. Cancellations can occur up to 3 times during the contract period. Call opportunities will be available during times of low census within the staff rotation. RTO (Requested Time Off) should not exceed 3 days during the contract. The facility reserves the right to cancel shifts up to 3 times during the assignment. Guaranteed hours may not apply during cancellations. This position does not require holiday coverage. Bilingual candidates are not required for this role.
