**Job Description:**
- **Unit Details:**
- Number of Beds: 36
- Patient Ratios: 1:6
- Unit Staffing: Two unit secretaries available 0600-2200 daily
- Patient Care Techs utilized at all times
- **Equipment:**
- Telemetry for each room
- Monitors in the stations
- Dynamaps for vital signs
- Glucometers, iMobile phones, bladder scanner
- **Documentation System:**
- Meditech
- **Schedule:**
- 12-hour shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Every other weekend and holidays required
- **Floating Policy:**
- All nurses may float to other units as needed
- **Patient Experience Requirements:**
- Hourly rounding
- Bedside shift report
- My Care Boards
- AIDET techniques
