Description:
The Registered Nurse will float between medical and surgical units.
Ratios are 1:5-6 for days and weekends, and 1:6 for nights.
The nurse will need to manage various patient diagnoses.
Certifications required include BCLS and ACLS.
The nurse is responsible for IV starting and telemetry monitoring.
Additional lift equipment training will be provided.
Weekend shifts are required every other weekend or a minimum of 6 shifts over a 6-week schedule.
The nurse will float to all medical units as needed.
No on-call requirement exists for this position.
A maximum of 7 days of requested time off is allowed during the contract.
The facility supports interdisciplinary teams for diverse patient needs.
Compliance documents must be submitted by the specified deadlines.
The position involves adhering to strict patient care protocols.
Candidates must be prepared to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
BCLS and ACLS certifications must be obtained prior to contract start.
All travel is subject to predefined compliance criteria.
The Registered Nurse is expected to meet all competency requirements throughout the assignment.
All duties should be fulfilled per the signed agreement.
