The RN must have experience with IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and managing patient care in a high-acuity environment. The RN will be expected to participate in holiday rotation obligations. Orientation will be provided for specific equipment. It is required to have abilities in central line care, dysrhythmia management, and wound care. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team. Completion of specific training modules is expected prior to the start of the assignment.
