Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN – Hospital at Home | Days | GHR Healthcare

GHR Healthcare is seeking experienced MST RNs for a day shift Hospital at Home assignment in Lancaster, PA! Provide hospital-level nursing care to patients in their homes while collaborating with a dedicated care team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor cardiac status and telemetry as applicable.
• Coordinate in-home care with providers and the clinical team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and recovery.
• Recognize concerns, escalate care promptly, and maintain accurate documentation.

✅ Requirements:

• Active RN license valid in Pennsylvania.
• Recent Med Surg/Telemetry nursing experience.
• BLS required; additional certifications per facility requirements.
• Strong assessment, communication, and independent nursing skills.
• Ability to travel between patient homes and meet program transportation requirements.
