Job Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Telemetry
- Facility: Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center
- Location: Mattoon, IL 61938
- Department: 4 East – Medical/Surgical
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 19, 2026 (confirm availability for the required start date)
- Shift: Day shift
- Shift Length: 12 hours
- Hours: 36 or 48 hours/week options
- Weekly Gross Pay Package: $2,311 (based on the supplied 36-hour package)
- Taxable Income: $1,044/week
- Non-Taxable Housing Stipend: $1,267/week
- On-Call: No
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Floating: Required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
- Active RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Comfortable caring for patients with COPD, pneumonia, infections, and UTIs
- Must be comfortable with BiPAP and high-flow oxygen
- Travel experience is not required
- Travel candidates only; local candidates are not accepted
- Must have a verifiable permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility
- Cover sheet required for submission
