The assignment involves working night shifts with a rotation of various days of the week. Candidates must possess 2 years of acute care experience. First-timers with the required experience are welcome to apply. Weekend shifts may be required based on unit needs. Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:5 during the day and 1:6 at night. Candidates must be able to adapt to changes in staffing ratios based on unit demand. The specialty of care provides treatment for patients with stroke, COVID-19, and other medical-surgical conditions. Interdisciplinary support includes various services such as physical therapy and social services. The candidate should exhibit strong skills in management and interpretation of dysrhythmias. Additional expectations include management of respiratory support preparations and isolation precautions. Travel nurses are essential in providing quality care and filling staffing gaps. All candidates must meet the necessary qualifications to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
