- As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Evaluate patients and assist physicians with comprehensive patient care.
- Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Identify patient needs and prioritize care through thorough assessment and evaluation.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans based on initial and ongoing assessments.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to enhance patient recovery.
- Manage care effectively for your assigned patients.
- Document care in alignment with established standards, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for evidence-based practices and support innovative care delivery.
- Provide patient-centric care that aligns with our professional nursing practice model.
- Take on other responsibilities as assigned, showcasing your adaptability and expertise.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of recent, strong Med-Surg experience is essential.
**Required Hard Skills:**
- General Medical Surgical Nursing
- Vent/Trach Care
- Perinatal Dialysis
- Telemetry
**Required Soft Skills:**
- General Med Surg Skills
- Proficiency in Epic EMR
**Education:**
- Required: ASN
- Preferred: BSN
**Required Certifications & Licensure:**
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
- BLS-AHA
- NIHSS
- CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours)
**Schedule Details:**
- Shift: Day
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Float Requirement: Yes
