**Job Description:**
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg/Tele unit!
- Engage with patients and assist physicians in delivering high-quality care.
- Evaluate patients’ needs and develop individualized care plans based on thorough assessments.
- Implement, document, and coordinate nursing care that prioritizes patient needs and encourages optimal outcomes.
- Perform essential therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care with dedication.
- Advocate for evidence-based practices and actively contribute to innovative care delivery.
- Provide patient-centric care, ensuring alignment with our professional nursing practice model.

**Required Skills & Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a Med Surg/Tele unit within a major acute care hospital.
- Strong clinical background in Med Surg/Tele nursing is a must.
**Required Education:**
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or equivalent.
**Required Certifications & Licensure:**
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS)
- Telemetry Certification
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-AHA)
- CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours)
- New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse License or multi-state compact license.
**Schedule Notes:**
- Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Weekend Requirement: every other or as needed
- Float Requirement: Yes
