Noor Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Garfield Heights, Ohio.

Opportunity:
RN - MS/Tele
Job Details:
• Day shift position working 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Flexible scheduling options available including 4x12s, 3x12s, or 2x12s
• Minimum 12 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Required certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS (must be active and in hand at time of submission)
• Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation - an acceptable score on both is required with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission (Charge RN references accepted; references must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months)
• Hours worked will be submitted through Qualivis Lotus platform
