Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent MST RN experience required
• Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license at time of submission
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NIH certification
• Flu vaccination required
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a float pool, emergency department holds, or acute care setting

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in ED Holds and related acute care areas
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately and efficiently in Cerner
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe, effective patient care
• Float between assigned campuses based on patient care needs and staffing demands
• Maintain compliance with facility standards, documentation requirements, infection control, and patient safety practices
