License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required. Must-Have: Active certifications, reference from a manager, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for within the past 12 months. Description: This position offers a guaranteed 36-hour work week. Candidates will be considered for a combination of the following shifts: Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday. Night shifts will be from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Candidates must have experience in permanent Med/Surg Telemetry. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Certification requirements must be current and active at the time of submission. Candidates must meet specific compliance requirements. All travelers must be nicotine-free, with negative drug screen results. Background checks will be conducted. Candidates must complete necessary assessments during orientation. A comprehensive education and competency program will be required annually. This is a unit-based position with high expectations for patient care. All candidates will be expected to meet the standards and requirements of the unit.
