Job Opportunity – Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse – Ohio
Start Date: November 13, 2026
Location: Northern Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM. Holiday rotation required (at least every other holiday).

Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience required
- Active Ohio RN license or current Compact state license (must be in hand at time of application)
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification (active and current)
- ACLS certification (active and current)
- Recent Epic charting experience within the last 6 months required
- One recent professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, director, or charge RN from specialty area (within past 12 months)
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Influenza vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
- Criminal background check and fingerprinting required (must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing)
- No open legal cases or active license restrictions
