# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Med-Surg/Float Pool) – IowaStart Date: September 21, 2026
Location: Des Moines, Iowa
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; every other weekend and every other holidayHighlights:

• Float pool assignment providing variety across multiple specialty units
• Exposure to diverse patient populations including Ortho, Med-Surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med-Surg Telemetry
• Opportunity to expand clinical skills across multiple specialties and settings
• Flexibility to work across two campus locations
• 24-hour non-benefited orientation requirement waived

Requirements:

• Active Iowa RN license or compact state license
• Medical-surgical nursing experience required
• Willingness and ability to float to all med-surg specialty floors
• Ability to travel between campus locations (approximately 9.5 miles)
• Strong adaptability and communication skills for multi-unit assignments
