This position requires working night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week. Minimum of two years of acute care experience is mandatory. Candidates should be comfortable with flexible staffing ratios based on patient needs. Floating to other units may be required. Weekend shifts will be mandatory, with a minimum of 6-8 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule. Proficiency in managing and administering various medical procedures is essential. Candidates must be able to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. You will provide care for adult patients and monitor their progress. Familiarity with telemetry monitoring is critical. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required. Adaptability and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential attributes.
