Key Responsibilities • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients • Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms, identifying and responding to arrhythmias or changes in patient status • Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient care plans • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, discharge instructions, and self-care management • Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic health record • Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate emergency protocols as needed ✅ Requirements • Active OH or Compact RN license • BLS (AHA only) certification • 1+ years of Medical-Surgical / Telemetry experience • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required • Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring Pay Pay range: $2,232 to $2,347 per week. Travel Med/Surg / Tele RN package: up to $2,347/week (36 hours) = $32/hour taxable + up to $1,195/week in travel reimbursements if eligible under IRS tax-home and expense rules. Local package: $62/hour fully taxable ($2,232/week for 36 hours). Overtime paid in accordance with applicable wage-and-hour laws and the assignment agreement. Actual compensation varies based on hours worked, assignment terms and travel reimbursement eligibility.
