The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry unit. The position requires managing patient care with established patient ratios. Candidates should have required certifications in ACLS and BLS. Skills needed include telemetry monitoring, the management of dysrhythmias, and experience with feeding tube care. Phlebotomy experience and blood product administration are also necessary. The successful applicant will be required to float to other units as needed. Weekend shifts will be required every other week. The candidate must complete necessary credentialing processes and comply with all state requirements. Two professional references are needed, including one from a leadership position. A valid nursing license is required at the time of application.
