Schedule: Float pool assignment with every other weekend requirement

Requirements:
- Active and unencumbered Michigan RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg and Telemetry experience (required)
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Proven ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor condition trends
- Experience with medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care management
- Strong attendance record and professional reliability
Core Responsibilities:
- Performing comprehensive patient assessments upon admission and throughout hospital stay
- Preparing, administering, and charting prescribed medications including IV therapy
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Providing patient and family education on post-discharge care and medication management
- Recognizing early signs of medical deterioration and implementing swift interventions
