Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Med-Surg/Telemetry) – Michigan

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Bay City, Michigan

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Float pool assignment with every other weekend requirement

Requirements:

• Active and unencumbered Michigan RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg and Telemetry experience (required)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Proven ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor condition trends
• Experience with medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care management
• Strong attendance record and professional reliability

Core Responsibilities:

• Performing comprehensive patient assessments upon admission and throughout hospital stay
• Preparing, administering, and charting prescribed medications including IV therapy
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
• Providing patient and family education on post-discharge care and medication management
• Recognizing early signs of medical deterioration and implementing swift interventions
