Schedule: Day/Evening ratios 5:1 (stretch to 6-7:1); Night ratios 6-7:1 (stretch to 8-10:1); Every other weekend required

- Epic charting system utilized throughout the facility
- Patient Care Technicians provide comprehensive support including vital signs, blood glucose monitoring, EKGs, and assistance with activities of daily living
- 16-hour orientation program with comprehensive pre-start modules
- Interdisciplinary team support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
- Floating within scope may be required to meet facility needs
Requirements:
- Active New York State RN license (must be in hand prior to submission)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience required
- BLS and NIHSS certifications required
- Epic charting experience is mandatory
- Demonstrated competency in phlebotomy and IV insertion (mandatory skills)
- Strong knowledge of dysrhythmia interpretation and management
- Experience with peripheral line care, oxygen administration, non-invasive airway management, and isolation precautions
- Experience working with adult and geriatric patient populations
- Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility
