LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Northport, Alabama.

Job Description & Requirements

Certs: AHA or ARC BLS
License: AL or Compact License (No temp Licenses accepted)
Must have experience/skill set: 2 years experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of experience in the field of specialty. Must have ASN degree.

Floating: Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals.
Ratios: Nurses in this area have a 1:6 ratio and is supported by a Team Leader that is out of staffing.
Charting System: Meditech
Additional Information: Facility can cancel 4 shift per contract with no penalty (would be rare) and has 16 hours of Non-Billable Orientation. OT is after 48 hours regardless of a 36 or 48 hours per week. Unit won’t interview but will offer based off profile. An interview can be arranged if the traveler wants one. 2 attempts to pass a Dysrhythmia Basic exam during onboarding. Contract cancelled if you can’t pass within 2 times.
Local: accept locals, no rate difference.

Day 1 Dental, Health, Vision insurance. Referral bonus and extension bonus.
