Contract:10 weeks
Shift: 6:45P–7:15A
Guaranteed Hours:36 hours/week
Trauma Level: III
Beds: 27
Ratios:1:4–1:5
Weekends: Every other weekend
Call: None
Scrubs: Navy blue
EMR: Cerner / Omnicell
Central Maine Medical Center is a 190-bed Level III Trauma teaching hospital serving Lewiston/Auburn and much of Androscoggin County. Services include emergency care, cardiovascular services, oncology, orthopedics, and women’s and children’s health.
This is a strong Tele RN position, not basic MedSurg. The ideal candidate has solid recent telemetry experience and can independently interpret rhythms, manage dysrhythmias, titrate cardiac drips, and care for post-cath/stent patients.
Big selling points: 10-week contract, 36 guaranteed hours, no call, 1:4–1:5 ratios, and every-other-weekend scheduling.
