TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Lima, Ohio, 45804!

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Med Surg/Telemetry) – Ohio

Start Date: October 20, 2026

Location: Lima, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time shifts with every other weekend rotation; no call required

Highlights:
  • Med Surg/Telemetry specialty with focus on cardiac patient population

  • Continuous telemetry monitoring with application of critical cardiac rhythm interpretation
  • Collaborative team environment with RN leadership role supporting LPN/PCT and Unit Secretaries
  • Comprehensive stroke protocol experience required with NIHSS certification

Requirements:
  • Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License recognized in Ohio
  • Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience required
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Current American Heart Association ACLS certification
  • Current NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
  • Current Med Surg/Telemetry skills checklist (within 1 year)
  • Demonstrated competency in cardiac medication administration and titration protocols
  • Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
  • Strong critical thinking skills with ability to recognize and respond to changes in patient status
  • Knowledge of stroke signs/symptoms and appropriate intervention protocols
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to punctuality and attendance
