Medical Surgical with Telemetry RN Lake Havasu City, AZ. This position involves providing specialized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients in a community hospital setting. The role demands compassion, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple patient needs within a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Required Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: ACLS certification, current RN license, minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience, ability to handle a 6-patient ratio, and recent travel experience.
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Responsibilities include caring for surgical patients, total joint patients, patients with acute or chronic medical conditions such as CHF, CKD, alcohol withdrawal, SIRS, and GIB.
- Additional operational details: floating to other units such as Intensive Care Medical (IMC) and Emergency Department (ED) is an expectation.
- Preferred qualifications include at least 2 years of RN experience, preceptor, and charge nurse experience.
- Candidates must meet the units personnel requirements for compassionate, positive, and proactive attitude.
