The clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs. Weekend coverage is required every third weekend. On-call shifts are not required. The patient ratio experience is between 4:1 during days and 6:1 during nights. This position includes working with patients who have various musculoskeletal conditions and orthopedic trauma. Candidates should have experience with blood product administration, feeding tube management, and IV insulin protocols. Knowledge and skills in managing dysrhythmias and adherence to isolation precautions are essential. Experience with charting systems, specifically Epic, is preferred. Candidates must be able to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. This role involves providing care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The daily census is approximately 30 patients. Prior charge experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must maintain flexibility in scheduling and meet compliance requirements. Pre-start modules will need to be completed prior to the start of the position. This role may involve floating to affiliate facilities if necessary. Candidates should have no open cases or background issues that may impede the hiring process. The client may cancel up to three shifts at any time without penalty.
