**Job Description:**
- **Position Overview:**
- As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient care while working alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals.
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate patients and assist physicians with comprehensive patient care.
- Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
- Identify patient needs, establish priorities for care through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate personalized care plans based on ongoing assessments.
- Initiate assessments focusing on patient problems, medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.
- Execute therapeutic nursing interventions with precision.
- Manage day-to-day care of patients, ensuring the highest standards.
- Document care in compliance with established standards and practices, considering patient acuity and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for evidence-based practices and contribute to the adoption of innovations in care delivery.
- Deliver patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing models.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- **Required Skills & Experience:**
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg experience is required.
- **Education & Certifications:**
- Required:
- ASN.
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
- BLS-AHA.
- NIHSS.
- CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours.
- Preferred:
- BSN.
- **Essential Hard Skills:**
- General Medical Surgical Nursing.
- Vent/Trach Care.
- Perinatal Dialysis.
- Telemetry.
- **Essential Soft Skills:**
- General Med Surg Skills.
- Proficient in Epic EMR.
