Job Summary
Medical Surgical with TelemetryRegistered Nurse Telemetry, NY. This position involves providing direct patient and family support as part of a multidisciplinary team within a healthcare facility. The RN will participate in developing and implementing individualized care plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring holistic care delivery.
Job Details
- Position Description: The Registered Nurse will deliver nursing care within their full scope of practice, including observation data collection, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each patient's physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs.
- Required Qualifications: Active New York Nursing License; BLS, ACLS, telemetry certifications; at least one year of medical surgical/telemetry nursing experience; RN degree; location requirement: NY; schedule: Night shift, 12 hours, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The RN will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, including participation in patient education and support for families. Physically, the role involves repetitive hand and finger movements, lifting up to 40 lbs, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Must be physically capable of operating all relevant equipment required for patient care.
