Required certifications need to be active and in hand at the time of submission.
Description:
20 weeks of coverage needed for the winter season, with 13 weeks also being an option.
Night shift with three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
Minimum of 18 months of recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience is mandatory.
A permanent state license or compact state license must be obtained before submission.
American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
The traveler must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to starting.
A single recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required for submission.
References must be from work assignments completed in the past year.
ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessments will be conducted during orientation, with acceptable scores required.
Travelers will receive two attempts to pass both assessments.
Background checks will be reviewed by the facility.
The facility does not accept travelers with any open cases in background checks or license hits.
All travelers must comply with nicotine-free requirements unless exempt.
A 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen is required within the past 12 months.
