Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,146 per week in Sioux City, IA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of previous experience required; at least 1 travel contract completed required License: State license required Certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS Must-Have: - Driver's License required - Work history/resume required - Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) required - License verification required - Copy of required certifications - 1 supervisory reference required at the time of submission - Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. General medical/surgical floor, taking care of post-operative patients that require overnight stays.
