Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Med-Surg/Telemetry) – Iowa

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Des Moines, Iowa

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, every other weekend required

Highlights:
  • Diverse unit experience with float opportunities across multiple specialty floors including Orthopedics, Medical-Surgical, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, and Surgical Telemetry
  • Med-Surg Telemetry experience required; ability to work in both general med-surg and telemetry environments
  • Night shift schedule with structured every-other-weekend rotation
  • Float capability required to multiple campuses, including a location approximately 9.5 miles from the primary site
  • Exposure to varied patient populations and clinical conditions across multiple specialties
  • Opportunity to develop versatile nursing skills in a multi-unit healthcare environment
Requirements:
  • Active Iowa RN license or compact state licensure
  • Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience required
  • Willingness and ability to float across multiple specialty units and campus locations
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills across diverse patient populations
