Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in a healthcare facility environment. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care to adult and geriatric populations, with a focus on telemetry monitoring and specialized procedures. The assignment is scheduled to start on November 16, 2026, and will last for eight weeks.
Job Details
- Schedule: 3x12 Days shifts from 07:00 to 19:30, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active RN license for the state of Maryland or a valid Compact license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification; minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry nursing; experience with accessing/managing ports, cardiac telemetry, blood product administration, and managing cardiac drips; familiarity with interpretation of dysrhythmias and infection control procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with patient charting systems such as Epic.
- Additional Information: The position requires the ability to float within scope, with no restrictions or special requests. Candidates must be comfortable working within a team environment that includes IV teams, respiratory services, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation. The assignment involves working every other weekend and scheduled holidays as they fall. Compliance documentation must be submitted within five days prior to the start date, and onboarding labs are required within 72 hours of signing the contract.
