Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Shift Information

Day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Minimum Experience Required

1 year of nursing experience is required.

Certifications/Requirements

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) or BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification

Job Description

This position is for a 14-bed medical-surgical unit. The nurse-patient ratio is 1:5. The role requires a commitment to work six weekend shifts within a six-week scheduling period and a fair share of holiday shifts as needed. Additionally, the nurse must be willing to float to other medical-surgical units when required.

Holiday coverage is required.
