Description:
This is a 198-bed, level III trauma center with state-of-the-art operating suites.
The facility provides healthcare services to a diverse region.
Services include medical, surgical, and rehabilitation care.
Additional services provided include a childbirth center, cancer center, nephrology unit, pediatric unit, inpatient behavioral health unit, day surgery center, extensive imaging, and lab testing services.
This facility features a wide range of attractions for outdoor activities, including hiking, kayaking, and historical sightseeing.
A beautiful landscape, multiple golf courses, and access to national parks enhance the community experience.
Patient ratios in the unit are typically 1:5 to 1:6.
Common diagnoses treated include cirrhosis, sepsis, pneumonia, respiratory illnesses, wounds, and CHF.
Charge nurse experience is preferred but not required.
Oncology skills are helpful but not necessary.
