Recent Epic charting experience within the last 6 months required
One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required for submission
Traveler must work at least every other holiday
Traveler will receive a maximum of 2 attempts to pass required assessments during orientation
Description:
This position is for a Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse on the day shift.
The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
The candidate must possess a minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Tele experience.
A permanent Ohio license or compact license must be in hand upon submission.
Active certifications in BLS and ACLS are required.
Candidates must have recent experience with the Epic charting system.
References should be from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director within the last 12 months.
Co-worker references will not be accepted.
All required certifications must be active and available at the time of submission.
The nursing role entails working with a varied patient population in a fast-paced environment.
