Description:
All requirements listed in the job description are non-negotiable.
All start date, scheduling information, and shift details need to be accurate and confirmed at the time of submission.
This information cannot be changed afterward if an offer is presented.
Night shift involves working three 12-hour shifts.
Candidates must have 12 months of permanent experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry.
Active certifications must be in hand at the time of submission, and pending certifications will not be accepted.
A reference from a manager, charge nurse, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission.
No co-worker references will be accepted.
References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months.
An ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate will be completed during orientation, with acceptable scores required for both assessments.
Candidates will receive two attempts maximum to pass; otherwise, they will be canceled.
Travelers must comply with nicotine-free requirements, except for nurses and CSTs who are currently exempt.
A negative 10-panel drug screen, including nicotine, is required within 12 months of the start.
Candidates cannot return to the facility for one year from their previous end date.
Background checks of any kind will be reviewed, and any traveler with an open case will not be accepted.
Facilities do not accept any license hits.
Candidates may extend their contracts for a period of 18 months, followed by a required 6-month break.
Module completion requirements may apply for continuous contracts.
Annual modules will be billable for up to 4 hours.
