Description:
Hiring Process includes candidate interview and approval from the clinical team.
No manager involvement in the interview process.
Travelers may be assigned to float during shifts.
They may float into different acuity levels including ICU, PCU/Stepdown, and MS-Tele.
Low census may require staff to assist in CNA or sitter capacity.
Travelers are responsible for obtaining housing that allows them to float throughout the designated zone.
The traveler must remain in state for the week of orientation.
The hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts during the 16-week assignment, with a maximum of 3 shifts for shorter assignments.
Charting system utilized is EPIC.
A BSN is not required for this position.
