Clinician to patient ratio is 4 to 5 patients per RN. Patient population includes adult medical patients. Census currently at 24. EMR (Charting System) is EPIC. Floating to other units is required. Rotating shifts are required as needed to cover open night shifts. Day rotate positions require rotation for a couple of shifts per month.
