Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS required prior to submission Must-Have: Candidates must have Med Surg Tele experience. Candidates must have Meditech experience. Description: Candidate must be located more than 50 miles from the facility. Unit has a total of 36 beds. There are 32 staff members. Day shift consists of 1 charge nurse, 6 nurses (RN/LPN mix), 3 techs, and 1 secretary. Night shift consists of 1 charge nurse, 6 nurses (RN/LPN mix), 3 techs. Patient ratios are 6 to 1. The unit is equipped with an EKG machine, DynaMaps, bladder scanner, vein finder, and telemetry. The electronic medical record system used is Meditech. Typical procedures performed include heart catheterizations. Candidates should exhibit a positive attitude, be friendly, and be helpful. Every other weekend or 2 full weekends per month is required.
