Schedule: Day Shift 12*3 36hours/week

• Unit: 10-bed Rapid Admission Unit

• Patient Type: General medical patients & surgical patients awaiting surgery

• Ratio:5:1

• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent specialty experience

• Certifications:BLS & ACLS required

• Work Style: Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

• Unit Pace: Rapid patient turnover; higher admission/discharge volume than a typical Med/Surg unit

• Holiday Requirement: Must work Thanksgiving Day OR the day after Thanksgiving, plus either:

  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, OR

  • New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
