Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse for a medical-surgical float pool. The role involves floating to various medical units as needed. Must be able to handle a patient load typically of 1:6 during night shifts. Previous experience in medical/surgical nursing is essential. Candidates should possess the ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias. Experience in ortho trauma and total joint replacement is a plus. All candidates must have necessary certifications through the American Heart Association. A supervisory reference is required for submission. Specialty experience within the last year is needed. Floating may be required based on the facility's needs.
