The facility services a diverse population with various medical needs. Responsibilities include managing patient care for adults with conditions such as orthopedic and neurological issues, as well as general medical/surgical diagnoses. The patient population spans adults aged 18 and older. The role includes following and adhering to policies and guidelines throughout the shift. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to ensure quality patient care delivery. The work environment involves a mix of admitting and discharging patients throughout the shift, with a maximum patient ratio of 1:6. Familiarity with medical equipment such as IV pumps, vital sign monitors, and electronic health records is required. Prior experience in a similar setting is preferred. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced and dynamic environment, displaying professionalism and commitment to high-quality care.
