Description:
This position involves working as an Observation MS/Tele RN.
The RN will float between units based on skill sets.
Weekends are required every other weekend or every weekend.
The expected patient ratio is 1:4.
The facility has a total of 418 staffed beds.
The RN will be responsible for providing care to adults and geriatrics.
There will be interdisciplinary support from teams such as IV, Physical Therapy, and Respiratory Services.
The RN will manage a daily census of approximately 20 patients.
The RN is required to float to other units to meet patient care needs.
Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment.
All staff members are expected to adhere to safety protocols and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment.
Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays throughout the contract period.
Two references covering 1 year within the last 3 years are required.
