Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Nurse in the healthcare facility setting, specializing in acute adult and geriatric patient care. This position involves providing comprehensive patient care, including telemetry monitoring, IV medication administration, and care of cardiac and respiratory conditions during night shifts.
Job Details
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Education Requirements: Valid nursing license in applicable state; MO license in hand required at time of submittal, IL license required at the time of submittal, compact license must match permanent residence or be updated accordingly.
- Location Requirements: No local candidates accepted within 75 miles; travel experience required if specified.
- Years of Experience: 0 years minimum required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts (18:45-07:15), minimum 36 hours per week.
- Additional Responsibilities: Management of dysrhythmias, BiPAP/CPAP, blood product administration, use of telemetry, Covid-19 and flu vaccination policies, and float to multiple units as needed.
- Submittal Requirements: All certifications, licenses, and compliance documentation must be completed prior to start.
