The role involves caring for pre-operative and post-operative transplant patients, bariatric surgery patients, and general medical/surgical patients, including potential step-down care.

- Position: Medical Surgical With Telemetry Nurse in a healthcare facility setting.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid drivers license or state ID, UHS submission packet, UHS prior employment form, UHS skills checklist, 1 year of experience in a medical surgical telemetry setting.

- Clinical Responsibilities: Providing direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, tracking patient progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Additional Information: This unit includes 12 available step-down beds that may be filled with general medical/surgical patients when not reserved for step-down care. Candidates should be prepared to care for both surgical and step-down patients as needed.
