**Hiring Profile:**
- **Must Have Skills/Experience:**
- Ability to care for surgical patients
- **Preferred Skillset/Experience:**
- Experience in a Stepdown Unit
- Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips
- **Type of Patients on Unit:** Mostly geriatric patients
- **Personality Fit:**
- Great attitude
- Team player in a resource-limited environment
- **Required Education:** Nursing license
