- Required Qualifications: Valid state license; at least 2 years of prior experience; at least 1 completed travel contract; Epic electronic health record experience; current BLS (AHA), NIHSS, and ACLS (AHA) certifications; drivers license; recent skills checklist completion; verification of license; copy of certifications; one supervisory reference; taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility (local with a 10% rate reduction is accepted in Madison).
