Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Nurse Moline, Illinois. This position involves providing high-quality care within a Level 2 Trauma Center setting, supporting patients on medical surgical units with telemetry. The role requires collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to manage patient care effectively and safely.
Job Details
- Position Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
- Shift Details: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience in Medical Surgery and Telemetry, valid state license, BLS (American Heart Association), NIHSS, ACLS (American Heart Association), EPIC experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in a Level 2 trauma center and proficiency in managing drips such as cardiac, heparin, insulin, and titrations.
- Additional Information: Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility. The assignment includes working 1-2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), and every third weekend. Submission requires a work history/resume, completed skills checklist within the past year, one supervisory reference, license verification, and multiple certifications.
