Job Opportunity – Telemetry Registered Nurse – South Carolina
Start Date: November 16, 2026
Location: Greer, South Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12 night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Floating to other qualified units may be required based on census needs. Weekend coverage required per contract terms.
Highlights:
- Med/Surg Telemetry unit with a daily census of 30 patients across 36 beds
- Epic EMR system with Pyxis medication management
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, physical therapy, pharmacy, and lift teams
- Serve adult and geriatric patient populations with diverse telemetry and medical-surgical diagnoses
- 13-week travel assignment with potential for extension opportunities
- Pre-assignment modules are billable up to 16 hours and completed prior to start date
Requirements:
- Active South Carolina RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry nursing experience required
- Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
- EKG and cardiac monitoring competency
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions available)
- First-time travelers may be considered based on demonstrated experience level
- Must reside outside designated local radius to qualify for travel position
