Job Opportunity – Medical Surgical / Telemetry RN – South Carolina
Start Date: November 2026
Location: Upstate South Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12 night shifts, every other weekend (may vary based on unit needs), 24-hour orientation
Highlights:
- 30-bed adult medical surgical/telemetry unit with a daily census of 20 patients
- 5:1 patient ratio for consistent, quality patient care
- EPIC documentation system with Omnicell medication management
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
- Opportunity to work with cardiac telemetry, ER holding, and stroke patients
- Flexibility required to float to other qualified units or facilities as needed
Requirements:
- Active South Carolina RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience required
- Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience required; Telemetry, ER Holding, and Cardiac Telemetry experience preferred
- Experience with blood product administration, interpretation of dysrhythmias, surgical drains, and remote telemetry monitoring preferred
- Flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
- Must reside at least 50 miles from facility (night shift exception applies)
