Medical patients include those requiring dialysis and telemetry monitoring alongside other acute medical needs. Surgical patient populations include orthopedic procedures and general surgeries. The nursing and ancillary staff provide patient-centered care to support recovery with a focus on reaching optimal patient outcomes. There is a strong emphasis on pain management, mobility, and the prevention of complications. The team is dedicated to ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for patients in a safe environment. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6 and is supported by a team leader who is not involved in staffing.
