Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Maryville, Tennessee.
Registered Nurse (RN)
The Registered Nurse will provide essential care and support to adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced Neuroscience Med/Surg unit. The nurse will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality patient experiences and care, particularly for those with neurological conditions.
This position is within a specialized unit focusing on stroke and TIA patients, while also accommodating higher acuity med-surg patients. The unit supports procedures such as peritoneal dialysis and continuous bladder irrigation.
Nursing staff ratios are maintained at 1:6 during night shifts to ensure optimal patient care.
Float may be required to other units based on needs and skill set. This role emphasizes a commitment to patient care and experience, making it a vital position within the nursing team.
